Very good, the bus driver helped us with a suitcases. He also helped everybody else fantastic service.

On arrival the car park was really busy, took quite some time to find a space. On return early morning the bus driver was dropping off and picking up from the carpark, the bus was overcrowded with luggage and people in the aisle, making exiting the bus very difficult and unsafe. The bus was so full and the driver had his own music playing and did not hear people pressing the bell to get off, a family with children and lots of luggage were dropped off after having to shout to the driver and then he denied they pressed the bell and refused to tak them to where they needed to be in the carpark. He was also vaping obviously outside the bus whilst waiting to depart which is not very professional and drove too fast between the airport and carpark.

Why’s not to like. You find a space , keep your keys and jump on a bus provided by Jet parks straight to the airport. Buses are frequent both to and from the airport. Never had any issues and have used many others but will always use jet parks when I can.

I have used jetparks 3 many times. However, this was the first time I used it in the dark. It is poorly lit, and makes it harder to navigate. On the return, and trying to exit the car park, a car had parked on the main road and blocked the exit. As it was so poorly lit it made it hard to find an alternative exit.

Arrival procedure for Jet Parks 3 Manchester Airport
Please ensure that you have access to a copy of your Booking Confirmation for your arrival.
As you approach the barrier your license plate should be recognised and the barrier will lift. Please then proceed into the car park.
If your number plate is not recognised, hold the QR code printed just below the reader and locate the red cross over the code as shown. Please wait for a beep to confirm a successful read and proceed into the car park.
If you have any queries press the intercom button and speak to a member of our team quoting your booking reference number printed at the top of this confirmation.
Return Procedure for Jet Parks 3 Manchester Airport
As you exit the arrivals lounge, follow signs for Manchester Airport car park bus stops. Wait at the Jet Parks 3 bus stop for your courtesy bus to take you back to the car park.
On arriving at the exit in your vehicle, the barrier should automatically lift.
If you are prompted for over-stay payment please use the integrated chip and pin device.

Cancel Policy

Any bookings for an Official Manchester Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
