GLA Off Short Stay
Arrived and was on the incorrect level however the attendant on the intercom was extremely patient and helpful Easy parking and exit after my vacation Would recommend this to anyone wanting to have their own transportation for arrival and departure

It much to say really I parked my car , went on holiday for 10 days and when I returned my car was waiting for me safe and sound

Very poorly sign posted for car park 2. In fact no signs at all stating car park 2. Temporary steel barriers laying everywhere in route in car park. No signs to direct traffic, people going down to dead ends and up one way routes. Total shambles

From arriving before our holiday ,to departing was so easy and painless

No problem with the instructions. The directions were perfect and number plate recognition worked seamlessly. Unfortunately I couldn’t see the “short stay” title of the car park anywhere and wanted to check it as there are a number of car parks in the same area. I spoke to someone on the intercom who told me I was in the wrong car park as it was owned by NCP and the SkyParkSecure was out at Linwood. This caused me some anxiety until I got reassurance from information in the airport itself. It would just be nice if the identity of the car park was the same in the car park as on the booking information (which is the correct one according to the girl at information). Anyway, I know now.

Please park in Car Park 2.
Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.
On Arrival
On arrival, the ANPR cameras will automatically recognise your vehicle registration number at the Entry barrier A parking ticket will be generated automatically remove the ticket.
The barrier will rise and you should proceed and park in the first available space.
If a ticket is not generated automatically, please press the intercom help button on the barrier and speak to an operator who will assist you. (Do not press for a ticket).
Do not leave the ticket in your car.
On Return
On exit, drive straight to the exit barrier and insert your ticket, the ANPR camera will recognise your vehicle registration and booking reference and allow you to exit (Unless you have an overstay payment or have pressed for a ticket upon entry)
If you have an overstay payment this payment can be made by credit or debit card at the exit barrier.
If you require assistance, you can press the intercom help button on the barrier and speak to an operator who will assist you
