Very good , easy to find , plenty of parking spaces, free transfer bus brilliant service

Didn’t realise it was quite a walk from the terminal but free bus and that waited for us as it had see us park . Only thing I would suggest is that maybe lettered bays for where you parked the car

Very easy to find & park, didnt wait long for bus either way, but they were very full. Reasonable price would use again.

Parking was easy and finding and catching the bus at the start of our holiday was fine. However, at the end of our holiday I noticed that if you missed the bus there would be a 20 minute wait until the next one - that is quite a while if you are waiting in the rain and dark. We were squashed onto the bus with flight crew who refused to sit in the available seats and blocked the walkway with their cases so anyone boarding the bus had to scramble over them to get to the back to sit down as there was no space to stand.

Arrival procedure for the Long Stay 1 car park at East Midlands airport
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop.
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry.
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking.
Park your car, unload your luggage and proceed to the shuttle bus which runs 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes. Transfer time approx 5 minutes.
Return procedure
Check your booking confirmation for full details.
On leaving the car park, proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop.

Disabled spaces are available but are on a first come, first served basis.
This car park does not accept trailers and has a height restriction of 6ft 6in.
Cancel Policy
You can cancel the Official East Midlands Airport Long Stay 1 contract by giving us at least 72 hours' notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for an Official East Midlands Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
